there's a lot to be said about contentment. finding the simplicity in life, learning to cherish the moments. realizing the gift of being a teacher, a mentor, and watching a person fly. i'm choosing the simple moments, the laughter, the songs that you can't help but dance too, the songs sung soulfully in a candlelit room. so many little blessings to be aware of. 
i stumbled upon this quote and love it.

maybe because it feels a little like life now, and challenges me to create, to break down, and to become the sky. what a great image. i do like to feel like i'm flying.
